Chefs Beverly Kim and Johnny Clark are best known for founding Parachute, a Michelin-starred restaurant that transformed into Parachute Hi-Fi in August 2024—a Korean-style Hi-Fi bar and restaurant offering inventive Korean-American cuisine.
