Chefs Beverly Kim and Johnny Clark are best known for founding Parachute, a Michelin-starred restaurant that transformed into Parachute Hi-Fi in August 2024—a Korean-style Hi-Fi bar and restaurant offering inventive Korean-American cuisine. They also lead Anelya, a Ukrainian and Eastern European restaurant renowned for modern interpretations of classic dishes. Both establishments have earned widespread acclaim for their creative menus, commitment to quality, and warm, welcoming atmospheres.

Beverly Kim gained national recognition as a finalist on Top Chef: Season 9, where she showcased her talent and creativity to a national audience. In 2019, Kim and Clark were honored with the James Beard Foundation’s Best Chefs: Great Lakes award, solidifying their reputation as culinary innovators.

In 2024, the couple expanded their vision with the launch of Hungriest Creators, a full-service operations company dedicated to transforming the hospitality industry.
